Mr Christer Jeffmar has been a practicing psychologist within different organizations for more than 30 years. He has also worked internationally as an independent consultant in the Scandinavian countries including Finland and Russia and Ukraine. He has an MA in Science and Social Sciences as well as a BA from the University of Lund. He is widely published in social psychology and management.

Mr Ken Jibreús has been a member of the board of various companies, domestic and international. He has more than 30 years experience of management training and organizational change processes and with his training as an engineer and a technician and his education in behavioural sciences he has a deep knowledge and understanding of human resources development in an industrial setting.
