We are specialists in analysing and understanding the behavioural aspects in an organization and how the different parts of the company have an impact on the company’s business processes.
As illustrated by our logo, our methods analyse the different parts of the development processes and integrate them into a coherent whole to create a complete picture of the business.
The goal is to support a continuous development of the business of the client organization, of its management competence and of its ability to maintain change. Our main tools are strategic planning, project management development, teambuilding, recruitment, leadership training and assistance in analysing and improving different processes linked to the development of various human and organizational resources. These are e.g: sales and marketing structures and procedures, domestic and international. This is accomplished by training and improving the communication skills and cooperation abilities in different production areas and in processes within the different operations of the client organization.

Our teambuilding is conducted with management groups from top to bottom as well as with project groups.

The pedagogical process is the same regardless of management levels, and the consulting work is built on social psychological principles. The contents vary from level to level, top management focusing on the strategic process while middle managers , supervisors and project managers are mainly trained in essential communication skills. The teambuilding process is combined with coaching of the team leader. This is done before and after the activities to secure the long term quality of how the team is improving its work on a daily basis. The team building seminars are mostly conducted during a few days of training and coaching. These are followed by an adequate action plan.

Change Management

Change is accomplished to a great extent by three processes in the organization. These are manifested on:

The individual level
The change in motivation and strength of each person to challenge himself/herself to change his/her working behaviour within the team
The team level
The change in the dynamics of each team to cooperate more effectively and to work smoothly with other teams in the organization
The corporate level
Developing the motivation and the strength of the management of each company to create a global organizational structure that wants to support the development of the business

The changes within each level are accomplished by:

  1. Developing plans for change and then carrying out and supporting the new goals and objectives of the organization

  2. Supporting processes connected to the cost reductions and introducing new standards for group behaviour; these can be accomplished e.g. by the coaching of management groups

  3. Creating a new company culture as a part of restructuring the organization
